Proper cleaning was not there, No towel provided even after asking twice also telephone was not working

I had booked a standard room, but the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is located in a very crowded area, right inside the vegetable market (Mandai), which makes the surroundings noisy and chaotic. The door of the attached toilet/bathroom was damaged from the bottom, which was unpleasant. The room had a serious mosquito problem, and even though I requested an All-Out machine, it was provided only after 30 to 45 minutes. The charging point was broken.The lobby was untidy with materials scattered in the corners. Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant place to stay.

Place’s shabby Reception staff is very arrogant AC not working switch and wires are open bedsheets not clean So need to look for alternatives

roomnwas dirty l, lenon was dirty, no amenities in the room. aske foe upgrade but they asking for extra charges. no value for money.

rooms are very terrible and washroom not clean. it's completely smelling. never felt comfortable till out of the hotel. it's not worth of 500 also but still charged 3k don't know why

didn't have sufficient towels. wifi didn't work. room was not clean. overall if you are looking for a last minute stay, this would be the place
